Part D Prescribers

This tool (best for computer screen) lets you search Medicare Part D prescriber-by-drug data by NPI, prescriber name, brand name, and generic name. Because this table contains millions of records, broad searches may take longer to load. The data covers calendar year 2023 and is based on final-action Part D claims for the entire Medicare Part D population. Desktop view shows more data columns than smartphone view.
