Definitions
- Current Track: MSSP participation track in the performance year (Basic Level A–E or Enhanced).
- Risk Model: One-sided (sharing in savings only) or two-sided (sharing in savings and losses).
- Benchmark Minus Expenditures: Total benchmark expenditures minus assigned beneficiary expenditures. Positive values indicate savings; negative values indicate losses.
- Assigned Beneficiaries: Number of beneficiaries assigned to the ACO in the performance year.
- QualScore: The quality score is the ACO’s MIPS quality performance category score after any applicable Population and Income Adjustment bonus points are applied.
- Savings Rate: Benchmark minus expenditures as a percent of total benchmark expenditures.
